Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in Tomići, located in a peaceful setting near Moravice. The house offers 250 m² of living space and is surrounded by 7,000 m² of landscaped grounds, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, and enjoying outdoor activities such as badminton, football, and other games.

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for up to 10 guests, and a spacious living room. The sofa can be converted into an additional bed for two people if needed. Guests can enjoy high-speed A1 internet, a new 55-inch TV, and a separate room with a TV and a dedicated home office workspace.

The large bathroom, measuring approximately 35 m², is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and a new Hisense washing machine with a 9 kg capacity. All appliances, bedding, towels, bathrobes, and blankets are brand new, as we have only recently started renting out this dream holiday home.

The upper floor features three additional comfortable bedrooms and another spacious bathroom. Guests can also enjoy a games area with chess and other board games, as well as a cozy relaxation corner with a large lounge beanbag.

One of the highlights of the property is the unique sauna built into a stone cave, a truly special feature rarely found elsewhere. A shower is located next to the sauna, while a covered outdoor jacuzzi for six people awaits just below the terrace, offering the perfect place to unwind throughout the year.

For children, there is a charming playground, while directly opposite the house you will find a covered barbecue house with a large table for 10 guests, ideal for family gatherings and evenings with friends.

Parking is never an issue. The property includes a covered carport for 6 to 8 vehicles, with space for at least three additional cars in front of the house.

The house is just as beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside. The spacious terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, and with a little luck, you may even spot deer passing through this peaceful countryside.
