The house is located in Pitomača, Virovitica-Podravina County, about an hour and a half drive from Zagreb.

The house has 100 m² of interior space and accommodates up to 6 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV, an additional toilet, a living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace overlooking the Drava River, and an outdoor barbecue area.

Amenities include Netflix, satellite channels, PlayStation 5, children’s toys, board games, air conditioning, high-speed internet, basic groceries (salt, coffee, sugar…), welcome fruit and drinks, a children’s playground, and over 2,000 m² of yard space.

The house is near the Drava River, making fishing possible. For an additional charge, kayaking, canoeing, boat rides, and speedboat rides can be organized. Nearby is the island of Križnica, which can be accessed by ferry or bridge, where you’ll find a visitor center and a restaurant. Just a 10-minute drive from the house, there is a great restaurant offering traditional local cuisine.
