Villa Diva Grabovčeva is located in the settlement of Grabovac, Grabovac 32, Rakovica, within a protected landscape. This modern luxury villa is just 9 km from Plitvice Lakes (entrance 1) and 4 km from Barać Caves, making it ideal for nature lovers, adventure seekers, and those seeking peace and privacy. The villa accommodates 11 guests (7+4) with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 additional toilet.

It consists of two apartments:

Apartment 1 – 65 m² + covered terrace with a barbecue (40 m²), two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet with toiletries, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) with a dining area.

Apartment 2 – 86 m², two large family bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi for two), a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a large living room.

The villa features central heating, air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer with detergents, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The house is set on a 40,000 m² property, with direct access to walking trails leading to Barać Caves.

Private parking is available in front of the villa.

Behind the house, there is a children’s playground with a badminton court, volleyball, and mini football field.

Nearby, several equestrian clubs are just minutes away: Ranch Terra, Ranch Jelov Klanac, Rakovica Equestrian Club, and Ranch Equus Igni. They offer options for beginners, recreational and sports riding, multi-hour tours, or one-day trips for experienced riders.

Ranch Dolina Jelena is about 6 km (8 minutes by car) from the villa. The tour lasts 1.5 hours, followed by a tasting of local delicacies. Due to high demand, reservations are recommended.

In winter, a private sledding area is available in front of the house. The location is ideal for hiking, cycling, fishing, hunting, and excursions.
