Located in a peaceful and quiet area surrounded by greenery and forests, with neighbors nearby but out of direct view. Silence is a priceless luxury.

The house consists of a ground floor (25 m²), which includes a living room (with a 140×200 cm pull-out corner sofa), a kitchen, and a bathroom.

Upstairs, accessible by a spiral staircase, is a 25 m² bedroom with a double bed (140×200 cm), two single beds (90×190 cm), and a small terrace.

The house is categorized with 3 stars and is ideal for 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.

Amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave oven, and air conditioning.

Adjacent to the living room is a terrace on the same level, perfect for relaxing.

Outside, there is another terrace with a seating set.

Guests also have access to an outdoor grill, a large swing for adults, and a children’s playground with swings, a sandbox, and a slide.

On the large terrace, there are sun loungers and chairs for sunbathing, as well as a jacuzzi.

For families with small children, we can provide a small pool just for them, along with a crib, baby bathtub, and changing table.

Next to the house, there is a large parking area for two cars.
