The holiday home “Dolac Franić” is located in the forested area of the village Dolac, in the municipality of Brestovac, Požega-Slavonia County. The house is only a 10-minute drive from the center of the town of Požega. Although surrounded by forest and nature, the house is equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and modern stay.

The holiday home includes a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and one bedroom. It also features a closed, glass-enclosed terrace that is heated during the winter months. In front of the house, there is a paved terrace, a large orchard, and a fenced parking area for up to 15 cars. The kitchen and living room are fully equipped with modern appliances: TV, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, electric stovetop, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a dishwasher.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests – with one double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room.

The house is surrounded by a stream and forest trails and is located outside of any residential area, making it ideal for relaxation and a peaceful getaway, or for celebrations with loved ones. It is also possible to rent only the terrace and yard area for events, accommodating up to 70 guests.
