Mala kuća Mia is located in the village of Spahići, in the municipality of Bosiljevo, near the Slovenian border, just a short distance from the Kupa River, 2.5 km from the Vinica border crossing, and 6 km from the A1 motorway (Bosiljevo exit), halfway between Zagreb and Rijeka.

The house has an area of 170 m² (the total plot size is 1800 m²) and offers accommodation for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds (200×180 cm) and an additional bed available on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (coffee machine, stove, oven, kitchen utensils, ice maker, dishwasher with tablets, refrigerator, freezer, mixer, and basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, tea, sugar).
The living room features air conditioning, TV, and a PS4, and there is a TV in each of the 3 bedrooms and in the wellness area.

Guests have access to two bathrooms with WC and shower cabins (including hairdryer, three towels per person, bathrobe, washing machine with detergent), plus one additional separate WC, private parking, and free WiFi throughout the property.

Relax in our wellness corner with a Finnish sauna or a jacuzzi, and in the summer months (June to September), enjoy the outdoor pool (7×3 m) with a sun deck, loungers, and a covered terrace with garden furniture. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool.

Heating is central, with additional underfloor heating in the wellness area and bathrooms.
The house is energy efficient, making it extremely comfortable year-round.

There is an outdoor grill with grill accessories, a social room with a TV and a large Bluetooth speaker, an extra kitchen, and three outdoor terraces.
Children can enjoy the outdoor playground with a playhouse, slide, and swings.
The yard is fenced and surrounded by greenery, and you can explore the area by walking through forests, meadows, or along the Kupa River.

We are open year-round.
Nearby attractions include Bosiljevo Castle, the Kamačnik Canyon, Zeleni vir, Vražji prolaz near Skrad, the Golubinjak forest park, Lokvarka cave, or you can explore the Risnjak and Plitvice Lakes national parks.

The Kupa River is about 50 meters from the house and crystal clear – perfect for swimming or canoeing in summer.
Canoe rental is available in Slovenia, just 2.5 km across the border.

The nearest grocery store and restaurant Bosiljevo, which offers local specialties, are 2.5 km away.
Zagreb Airport (Franjo Tuđman) is 80 km, and Rijeka Airport is 86 km away.
