Holiday Home Hiža&Vila is located in the green oasis of Hrvatsko Zagorje, a region rightfully known by the slogan “A Fairytale in the Palm of Your Hand.”

The surrounding area offers numerous excursion opportunities, enjoyment of the local food and wine scene, and active holidays, including hot air balloon rides. Just about ten kilometers away, you’ll find thermal spas such as Aquae Vivae, Terme Jezerčica, and Terme Tuhelj—the largest water park in Zagorje.

From the sunny, green terrace of this traditional Zagorje house, you can enjoy an idyllic view of the rolling hills above the historic town of Krapina, famous for the Krapina Neanderthal Museum and numerous historical and natural landmarks.

Holiday Home Hiža&Vila (3)* offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests in a 66 m² space. The sleeping area is located in the gallery, while the spacious living room includes a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, electric baking pan), a bathroom with a shower, as well as Netflix, Evo TV, and Wi-Fi.

Challenge yourself to a game of darts or bowling. No matter the weather, you’ll find peace and relaxation here. In the warmer months, enjoy a large covered terrace with seating, as well as sun loungers where you can unwind. Fire up the grill, celebrate special moments, or simply enjoy the present. Families with children will appreciate the large grassy yard with sports activities and playground equipment.

During colder days, the wood-burning fireplace warms the house while adding to the cozy atmosphere. Inside, you’ll also find a hydromassage pool with a view all the way to Medvednica. To achieve complete physical balance, there is an infrared sauna, leaving you refreshed and revitalized.

We have opened our Hiža—this oasis of peace and relaxation—to guests, knowing that they will feel just like we do: fulfilled and far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
