1. General Provisions 1.1. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Platform, including renters and end users, without exception. 1.2. The Platform is exclusively a tool for advertising vacation homes and does not guarantee success in renting or completing transactions. 1.3. All users of the Platform are required to use the Platform in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia and these Terms of Use.

2. Platform Services 2.1. The Platform allows renters to advertise vacation homes and connect with potential users. 2.2. All ads must be approved by the administrator before publication. The Platform reserves the right to reject ads that do not comply with the Platform’s policies.

3. User Obligations 3.1. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and advertising. 3.2. It is prohibited to enter false, inaccurate, or misleading information in ads or during communication via the Platform.

4. Liability 4.1. The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy of the data published by renters or for disputes between users and renters. 4.2. Advertis Marketing will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the Platform.

5. Financial Conditions 5.1. The use of the Platform is subject to payment according to the applicable price list. 5.2. Payments are made to the transaction account specified in the Cooperation Agreement.

6. Amendments and Supplements 6.1. Advertis Marketing reserves the right to change these Terms of Use without prior notice. 6.2. All changes will be published on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform will be considered acceptance of the amended Terms.
